Dear experts,

could you give me any provisions for cancellation of bail with section. if any format having kindly provide me.

if accused is found involved in the violation of terms of bail, orders of bail can be got cancelled under section 438 Criminal Procedure Code.

I slightly disagree.
Section 438 deals with anticipatory bail.
Under section 439 crpc one can apply for modification, alteration or cancellation of bail.

In whichever provision the accused has got bail, the same provision has to be used for modification or revocation of the bail.

Grounds are:

Violation of bail condition
Threatening/ influencing witness
Repetition of similar kind of offence.
