The main objects of the partnership will be the main objects of the company. Objects incidental or ancillary for attainment of the main objects should be incorporated

you cannot do that in the main object
sampad mohanty (Querist) 23 April 2009
then should it be in the objects incidental or ancillary for attainment of the main objects
A V Vishal (Expert) 23 April 2009
Not necessary to show that the partnership is taken over by the new company, unless you are converting a existing partnership into a new company
sampad mohanty (Querist) 24 April 2009
If the partnership firm is converted into a new company then will it necessary to include some clause in the main objects / object incidental or ancillary of M O A of the new company

Thanking You
