Procedure to transfer the legal right

Husband and Wife were staying together in Mumbai.

Wife doesn't have any legal heirs from her blood relation.

Wife purchased house in Thane. Wife expired.

Now, what is the procedure to transfer the said immovable property in the name of Husband.

Whether husband can show his legal right on said property, if Y/N, How.

you are sole heir entitled to proprty left by her,apply for mutation wherever her name was recorded before authorities.

Move an application to change ownership rights in your favour. Move an application supported with death certificate of your wife and follow their directions.
