Dear Sir,
I am student and advocate trainee. I am going with two-wheeler, and car came speedily then taken turn unexpected very fast, at a time on that car to shove me and be road accident and to wound many portion of the body. Car to run away but I have vehicle number. I called 100 number, police came and we gone RML Hospital. Sir all police and hospital formality have been completed.

So sir please advice me, how can make strong case, give me detail of act and section wise.

If FIR has been lodged then only matter remains to file MACT petition after knowing the credentials of driver and owner of the vehicle. You shall have to remain in close contact of IO. Once such driver is arrested and vehicle is released on sapurdari, you shall obtain information of both driver and owner of vehicle.

I think Mr. Mithilesh is interested in getting maximum punishment to the errant driver and that is why he is asking for various sections. But that is the job of the police and not the choice of the complainant.

give a complaint mentioning all the details to the concerned police station. They will take action. failing which approach superior police official. apart from criminal actions you can also claim insurance under M.V act
