you have already paid an amount of Rs.30,000/- extra to the person and had the receipts of the same show that . otherwise now it being your possession mere he stating that cannot take over your property as after dated receipt of an extra amount of rS.30,000/- IS WITH YOU.

did you bow down to his demands and made registry of land in his favour?

if you had sold the land and repurchased the said plot of land and have the original documents he does not have any case .

you can file a civil suit for declaration that you are the owner of said plot and also seek an injunction restraining him from entering said plot of land .
in additon if you so desire you can file a criminal complaint against the said person . consult a local lawyer

You need to claim boundary belonging to you and proceed as advised by Mr.Sethi.In fact no
Transaction of sale ever took place between you and him.Money received and given back even if contents recitals of sale can not be construed as sale in the eye of law unless a legal sale deed paying proper stamp duty to gather its registration on registrar office was made by you and in turn by him too.
