Wpc is pending as regular

My case(WPC) is pending as regular in Delhi High Court. I wish to go for an early hearing. Kindly provide me the format/template of the application for early hearing and possible grounds(service matter) for early hearing. Please tell me the procedure of filing such application.

Have you not engaged any lawyer so far????
If not the engage one,as when you can not draft an expedite application ,how would it be possible for you to argue the case against standing counsel of your OP????? .

Are you thinking that every cases having usual grounds format? Its depends upon facts and merits of your case..

If you are a lawyer then learn it from some senior lawyers and if you are litigant then trust upon the capability of your lawyer. he shall draft your application in accurate legal format as per facts and circumstances you tell to him.
