Dear Professionals,

I have doubt in my mind.I have heard from somebody that nobody can buy more than one house on the name of same person,is it true coz I already have 1 flat on my name & planning to buy one more again on my own name so can I do that & if not is it fine if I keep it on joint name of me & my mom being myself the first holder,need ur advise so that I will move ahead accordingly.

There is no bar in law for a person to hold more than one house.

I agree with the views of the experts. There is absolutely no limitation under any law, so long as you have income which has been shown in income tax returns and subjected to tax.
