In Trust suit you have to join Trust by name and all trustees. If the suit is against the third person, jurisdiction is with the Civil Judge, but if the suit is against the Trustee, you have to file the same in the District Court, but before that you have to obtain permission from the Charity Commissioner for filing suit.

Unless it is a matter regarding the functioning of trust all other matters will go normal court.
