Can court be directed to expedite matter which is purposely being dragged with multiple cases in civil courts?
In one case of Appeal against Corporation Commissioner's (R1) order of demolition of unauthorised structure,where I as R2 (Complainant)had filed caveat,court has admitted appeal & granted stay. what can I do?

No. I think your statement is something wrong. If caveat is pending before the appropriate court mean court will not grant stay without issue notice to respondents. Just check it.

And if you have good merits for vacate the stay mean just file a petition for vacate the stay. And you can file a crp before your high court for frame the time limit for dispose the long pending cases.

Sir it is done & its a fact. And stay is being continued for last two months. what to do?

Sir How long will it take for disposal of CRP before HC? any rough idea?

At the time of file your crp you can pray for stay further proceedings in the trial court, and maximum 3 or 4 hearings its will be dispossed.
