their are 2 willdeed writen by one person. one is in the year 2008 with signed by two withness and another willdeed in the year 2009 which is signed by only one withness and withness is proved the will. which one is the valid willdeed and which willdeed will be succesed or considered by court of law.

any sucess like above mentione case, plz send the judgement copy or send the any decree

hi, the answer of your Q is 2009 will. because, the last intention of the person was mention in last will so the second will should be prevail on first one.

Yes. Am agree with above experts. That last will is liable to execute. Same time you have to take risk for prove the same. Since that second will is witnessed by single person.
