Remmitance of PF

Is it mandatory to remmit the PF of every contract labour? suppose one contract labour comes only for two days in month still we have to remmit his PF for 2 days?
He will not join his duties in future.

Please elaborate nature of your establishment, work for which contract labour is engaged and through whom such contract labour is engaged,etc. details.

Dear Sir,

we are in business of chemical co. the contract labour will be engaged for drum shifting and engaged through the contractor.
e.g. suppose X a contracto engages Y a contract labour in our company for 2 days in month. does it mandatory to remmit his PF?

One of our contractor does not remmit the PF of his Labour to PF office, who works for 3 to 4 days in one month's span.

is it Legal?
