court bar

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 19 July 2011 This query is : Resolved

Can the issue of jurisdiction of bar of court raised after more than one year of granting interim injunction (granted about 2 years back against demolition order) by civil court. Will it not cause further suffering to litigant. Kindly advice.

the jurisdiction plea must be taken earliest after the appearance in the court and not after so much of time.

But in case court inherently lacks the jurisdiction, then ??????????????????orders and decree passed by it would be void!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Mr Singh. But is it also valid in context of my query regarding interim injunction by civil court(granted about 2 years back against demolition order of dda). Can this preliminary objection be raised after so much of time. Citations and arguments against this are welcome.
