Iam on regular bail 498a

Dear sir,
after 498a, DP3&4 cases on me, my mother, and two brothers all are on bail and living our lives. charge sheet not submitted so far.
I really forgot all this regarding bail and doing my academic research programme in India.
I fear, she will be back to me to stay with me, that I do not wish. What I need to do to keep her away and also is it necessary to track the case and charge sheet.As I am Muslim, is there any advantage in terms of law.

as per DV act the wife having to rights to live & continue her life cycle in matrimonial home, if you can mutually get the consent to revoked the previous case before the court, after one year you may file divorce or your wish's.

Unless you are failed to be properly represented in the case by your counsel, you have nothing to fear.

can she come and stand in front of my house without withdrawing the cases registered in Andhra Pradesh?
I dont want her now and in future. what can I do for this.

can a muslim permitted to marry during 498a and DV. or the husband also comes under HMA due to the 498a and DV cases.

I do not know the status of the charge sheet, whether submitted to the court or not. Till now I have not received. I would like to now is there any time period from the date of FIR or from the date of Charge sheet submitted to court, to go for counter cases.
