selling of adulterated milk

Sir,

I am resident of patiala.In our city Milkman/Diaries are selling adulterated milk freely without any fear.Will you pls guide me whether they are punishable under any act.Or whom file a complaint

You can report the matter to District Magistrate or to Health Officer or C.M.O.

You can complain under the PFA Act against the vendors. However, in order to uncover such adulteration, I advise you to seek help of local TV channels who can conduct sting operation to picture the entire process thus effectively prosecute the offenders in the court of law.

Yes,you can make complaint to C.M.O or District Magistrate under the provisions of Prevention Of Food Adulteration Act.
