exicution of will

We were family of four ( me,my wife,my father and my mother)staying in our family house owned by mother,father as their hard earned property.I have married sister.My father and mother have soft corner for my sister.Mother expired in 2003 and father expired this year in 2011.Both of them has made their will and entire property is been made on my sisters name.I don't have any other place to stay.I am disabled person at 56 years at age.Where will I go? How can they desert me like this at this age? what should I do.any advice please?

you can Challenge ' will '2 have been obtained under undue influence and fraud, 2protect your possession,at last 4 life time,even if you loose the case,so do not give up possession,and protect it.

Your father can not deprive you as regards the ancestral properties but you could nothing except to challenge the Will at the time of Probate if those are of his self acquired property.

As the bequethed property was self acquired property of your late father and mother so you have no right or share in property.
