Buying Land of SC in rajasthan

Sir,
i'm from rajasthan .i'm interested to buying agriculture land of SC in rajasthan.
i want to know whether i can buy such thing , because i'm belong to general caste. or is there any such way through i can buy this land. one more Q is , if a SC person have 500 bigha land then from my point of view he is just like Jamidaar.so my Q is.Is rajasthan gov. has made any kind of law in which a person how has pelnty of land(after certain limit) can sell his land to general caste.

You can bye the land for industrial purpose,or otherwise prior the permission of DM and paying NAZARANA.

No you can not buy such Agriculture land.
