which is more effective and why?
R.R. KRISHNAA (Expert) 11 June 2011
A Trust is more effective than society because of the reason of control. A trust can also be a family trust. Changes in the composition of the trust can be made easily by invitation of trustees, but election is the rule in society. Trustees cannot be removed by election as in the case of society. In other words there is minimum danger of take over by persons not approved by trustees or settlor. In my opinion trust is better than society.
