Be kind enough to say the Appellate Authority of BSNL & his complete address, NAGPUR under RTIAct, since PIO failed to respond even after one month. Thanks in advance.

Normally the PIO and Appellate authorities will be sitting in the same office. So, you can send the 1st appeal to the same address but, to Appellate Authority.

you can ask about the appellate authority at the call center of the BSNL where they will give the proper address in this regard to you.
