Excise duty on Ready Mix concrete

I want to know if any one provide cement to ready mix provider, Is excise duty is applicable on total ready mix he supplies or excluding the cost of cement.

Excise duty is payable on the total ready mix without excluding the cost of cement, for without cement being the input, the ready mix in question cannot be manufactured. Therefore, the value of all the inputs have to be taken into account while paying the excise duty.
