Consumer Commission

(Querist) 31 March 2011 This query is : Resolved
I had submitted documents (false private criminal complainant, bail order copies etc)related to the case to the National Consumer Commission as well as informed them about my inability to appear due to the amount awarded by commission was not handed over to me. In recent hearing the Registrar has passed orders as follows;

As per office note additional documents have been filed on behalf of the respondent No.3, which clearly indicates the service, has been effected on the respondent. However, no one has appeared on behalf of the respondent on 08.09.2010 as well as today. Appeal being pertains to 2009, list before the Bench in due course.

Please kindly clarify what this order means.
