Public prosecutor.

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 23 March 2011 This query is : Resolved 
In HC & session court only PP can present the case inbehalf state.

In district court only ADDL.P.P. can present the case inbehalf state.

In other criminal court below the distrit only assisstant P.P.can only present the case in behalf of the state.

Is there any rule if yes than what in SC.

Pls clarify the issue because i a confused that PP, ADDL P.P. & Assisstant P.P. who can appear in which criminal court's or there any pecunilar limits to it they can appear.

I would like to have notes on PP, ADDL P.P. & Assisstant P.P. PLS if any body has than pls provide me. in this forum.

in section 24 of Cr.p.c. it is mentioned about them. in the high court these are the attorney General and addition attorney General they called
