a banker who has obtained a decree prior to drt act can take recourse action under the drt act
is there any citations of apex court or any other high courts if the experts throw light i would be grateful to them if answers are provide at the earliest.

Since the Act came in to force from 24th day of June, 1993, any decree issued before the said date does not become invalid. That needs be enforced. Even appeals preferred before the said date against the decree are not transferred to the Tribunal by the courts.
