personal Loan & credot card

I had taken PL and credit card from delhi on 2005 and made some installment and left abroad 2006.
They contacted in delhi & kerala many times. last month also some one contacted. So iam afraid now if police will arrest me when i reach kochi airport. I will decide to make payment soon, but how do i know that if they have filed a case against me or not and Can some one arrest me from airport..please Iam really tensed, even I can't sleep no ..please help me expert please

You have to engage a legal professional who could tell you whether any warrant of arrest is issued. Even if it is issued the police is unlikely to arrest you unless the airport authority is intimated about your arrival.

Thank you so much Mr.Devajyoti, your reply really make me feel gud now...How can I get legal professional to check that as i am abroad now, I am really unware about leagal matters.
I contacted bank ppl(collection manager) for the settlement through email and they are asking for ID proof for further commucication on email.I sent my first page passport copy to them..I do have 2 more loan to settle now, haven't contacted them now.will do one by one..all loans & card taken from delhi

Can they do anything at immigration when I come back to abroad. anyone can stop me to go to abroad.please advice me..
