for 138 NI case

i am complinant and got final order the accuse is convicted for 138 ni case and 6 month punishment. Now accuse done apeel in sheshan court.now what process is accuse do in sheshan court and how much time taken for final order

No one will be able to tell as to how much time it will take.

Normaly it may take 3 to 5 years. But, we can not say the exact time.

I agree with experts. No time can be estimated in any case. It depend on various circumstances arise during the course of proceedings.
