Marriage with a forigner

Dear Experts,
One of my client wants to marry a forigen girl (as my client is indian),who is in india at present on working visa what will be the process for marriage and whether after marriage the wife will get the citizenship of india or if not then how she will get indian citizenship, pls let me know the process of abovesaid and oblige

He can marry the foreigner after marriage she will have to apply for the indian citizenship.
