Hi,

What is procedure to file a PIL either in High Court or Supreme Court? What is net amount of deposit which needs to be deposited in the honorable court?

let us know that for which subject we wish to file PIL. Procedure depends upon subject matters.

No deposit is needed for filing the PIL. If you have good case proceed just paying the court fees.
