If someone is forcing us to stop to take RTI by using bad word and warning to beat. what legal action (under section )we can take against them ?

make a complaint against that person at the nearest police station regarding the same.

Yes no body can prevent you from making RTI application. You can prefer a police complaint if you have proofs.
