Non-accptance of Reg. Letter

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 29 December 2010 This query is : Resolved 

Dear Sirs,

I have sent two letters by Registered AD to one of my family member for some property which is under dispute. However, he has not accepted any letter and both the letters has returned undelivered. What is the alternative available to me in this case?

If there is a postal remark that, addressee refused to receive, it would be presumed in law that addressee knows the fact written in this letter.

yes, refusal to accept notice is a good service which include 'not claimed'as well.
