any adverse effect for abscence of recociliation process?

husband filed for rcr.reverse punch crpc 125 with facts like dowry demand, harrassment,necked out.total all false alegations with the originalmotive that they want me as inatumn son in law & money throuh my govt job.i cant digest those alegations which put on me.i am contesting thier crpc125.court ordered reconciliation.i dont want to attend for reconciliation.i am to give monthly alimony.is this can create any adverse effect on cases?

If the conciliation is made by the court and you have given consent then you are bounded by the law
If you are contesting 125 Crpc then you must brought into records that claim of the wife is not mainatainble such as bank statements, assets and other source of her income
You can make use of RTI and ask for her annual returns to IT
