Dear experts, In divorce cases who will be responsible to prove allegations? example If wife accusses husband with mental disorder who needs to prove it - Wife?

Certainly wife
It is madness if husband voluntarily come forward to prove his mental stability

Always the person who is giving the complaint has to prove it. There are only some exceptions like 139 NI act. In this case the wife as a complainant has to prove it with expert opinion.

It is general rule that burden of proof lies on the party who makes allegation or asserts a fact.
