the property auctioned by the bank under surfacei act, whether the auction bidder have the right to check the property histories and the measurements of the property? whether it is that duty that the property auctioned by the bank must be measured before the auction bidder befor the execution of a sale deed by the bank? Is't correct...please clarify

Yes as well the buyer should see, check if all the procedures are followed otherwise the debtor will create hell for you.
