Factories Act, 1948 has nothing to do with sleeping etc. No one will find any such provision in the Act. Sleeping during duty hours is a misconduct which is dealt with under the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946. While napping one or two workers may be tolerable by the management, but think of a situation in which every worker in a factory goes to sleep during lunch/tea break. What would be your reaction if you are to manage the affairs.

FA deals with welfare, safety, health of the workers woking in a factory premises.

The sleeping and all are to be dealt in the conduct rules of the individual factory
