i have filed divorce on the basis of Desertion now the Judge has ruled it in the favour of the Expaite i would like to know wht does it meane and wht is the steps and how long is the procidure going to take

believe it would be 'exparte' and not 'expaite'which means that the could would hear you only although your wife remain unrepresented. On that day you should go with preparation to give your testmony with all the corroborating evidence.
