inprisonment or fine

i have a fight with my brother and my mother and my mother stays with my brother and after the death of my mother , on suggestions of my sons ,i made a fraud unregistered will of my mother and i go to court for the probate of the will and on the first hearing of the court i came to know that my mother made a registered will on name of my brother and tranfered the plot to my brother by a registered gift deed before the execution date of my will and now my brother easily prove that my will is a great fraud .my lawyer suggest me that we can only strech the time of the case but we can,t win the probate case . sir i want to know that what is the court decision if i loose the case and if i get inprisonment in the jail or there is a fine?

As rightly pointed out by your lawyer, you will certainly lose the case in the given fact situation.
However, you will neither be imposed any fine nor any imprisonment. If at all, the court may impose some cost [this will be nominal] for unnecessarily bringing up a case against your brother, and making your brother incur unnecessary legal expenses.
