How could we say the details of duty and timing of a watchmen in a building.We are not supposed to answer this type of query either.
It depends upon the persons who hires the service such watchman.

its mainly a private job , you can contract accordingly under labor law conditions . if you want to challenge some one who already working you should go for contract on which they are working. if you r a party you can go for cancellation of contract or make pressure for it. with the help of majority.
