You need to seek recruitment in a Government Service through various competitive exams which would entail for Gazetted rank automatically.

do u know the meaning of Gazetted officer?

Gazetted officer means an officer whose name appears in the official Gazette published by the Government.

e.g. Judicial Magistrates, IAS or PCS officers etc.

since you are a Doctor I think now you can understand what I intend to convey.

its mandatory to do govt. job to be a Gazetted Officer.

Positions held under certain ranks which are published in the Gazette of either a state government or the Central Government are known as gazetted Officers. When you say you are MBBS and if you secure an appointment as a medical Officer in any government service you would automatically become a gazetted Officer. It does snot require any extra skill or effort. Conversely also people who get promoted to certain levels in official hierarchy and whose elevation are identified as gazetted with publication of their elevation they would also be identified as Gazetted Officers.

You have to appear and pass teh recruitment exams conducted by Public Service commissions (of Union or State)for the posts not lower than the Group-B officers.
