Dear Sir,

My uncle is having a house in chennai.
property owner adjacent to his house
had demolished my uncle's wall and
constructed his property.
My uncle filed a case in court in chennai
seeking him to demolish his property and
construct a fresh wall.
Could you please advice us for the further steps.

Your uncle filed a case for reconstruction of the wall by the defendent. LKet the court take a decision. What more further steps you required. please explain.

The Court will go by evidence, so keep proper evidence like photos, witness statements and other evidence.

Even if it is proved that the said wall does nort come under your land measurements, if you are able to prove that the said wall has been used for 25 years or more pertaining to the said land, you will be entilted for the reconstruction.
