if those allegations are outrageously false,defamatory and scandalous,the defednant is liable to be proseucted for defmation.

If defendant only alleges that plaintiff filed suit under influence liqour whether these statement of defendants are defematory?

You have to prove what you state before a court in any proceddings otherwise if the other party is vigilant , there will be counter action .
