Urgent Please Help

My client approach me for Registration of Sole Proprietary firm Registration, how to do Registration please give procedure or any other method, what shall i do to my client

Firm for Retail Cell Shop, with Accessories, and also Computer Spare parts nature of Business in the firm

some of them told here that need not Sole Proprietary firm Registration, Only RC is enough that means Registration Certificate

How to i get RC or

I have no Idea about this Business is it comes under AP Shops & Establishment Act, or which please suggest

approach the commercial taxes departemnt with an application for rc.that would suffice.

No registration needed for sole prop firm from any body. If you want registration under sales tax, commercial tax than the registration will be granted only after threshhold turnover limits crossed.
