Can I file a RCR , when my wife is out of country ? She is an arrogant woman, who does not care about my family , she left fighting with my parents and went out of country without informing anyone... My in laws are also not answering our calls.. Can I File a RCR ?? what should I do to get back to normalcy ??

The situation in the marital front is perfect for RCR but what was her reason for not coming back. There are several issues which needs explanation.

u may file RCR petition, it will help you for future purposes.....in case she has no reasons to stay away from matrimonial relationship then she will be ordered to join the conjugal relationship again, but in case after the passing of the orders she still defies the order for a specified period then it can be a ground for divorce for you.

Although she is arrogant, I have lived with her for several years and I still love her.. I am thinking that this seperation would make both of us realize the value of the mariage and work it out. My in laws are asking us to initiate a divorce .I dont know why ??

Reasons for seperation :She frowned serving food to my parents , which caused a fight and she left my house packing all her stuff..I am dying a slow death , reliving every moment of our life... How should I end this torture soon ??
