First, a Trust deed has to be executed and get it registered with the Sub Registrar having jurisdiction. The stamp duty shall be paid on the amount of Fund contributed by the Founder of the Trust. the stamp duty is vary from one State to State. however it may be a minimum of Rs.100/- and a maximum of Rs.500/-. After registration of Trust at Sub Registrar, you may apply for exemption of Income Tax, you shall approach a CA. or Income Tax Authorities.
