After marriage they resided in a rented house near a place. Both these places are with in the jurisdiction of a family court which is the family court for home district. But they last resided in another district from where she was brutally assaulted and thrown out by the husband. On that day from which they are residing separate and there is no further physical or mental contact between them. The question is that in which court should file the divorce petition, before the court on whose jurisdiction where the marriage was held and they resided immediately after the marriage or before the court where they last resided and separated.?

Can a wife file for pre litigation mediation for her matrimonial dispute with husband? If a injunction suits is pending between mother in law and daughter in law where husband is also a party.

II have no family. I wish to donate a large part of my wealth for charity after my death. I understand that I can prepare a Will for this. But I am finding it difficult to find a trustworthy person to execute the will. Is there any solution to this problem ?

Hello to all....please answer my question....I am a student of LLB 1st year and I want to become tax advocate ...so my first question is from where can I start to sit with CA or with senior tax advocate for practical exposure......my second and most important question(for which I got confused) is that...... I heard from most of the people tax advocate or from other members as well that there is no future for tax advocate and for tax work everyone goes to CA .....if you become tax advocate you can do very little work....please answer my both questions....it really means a lot....!!

Almost its 40 years we are cultivating a agriculture land, we have a sale deed, old patta book on the name of seller but seller is dead. Please let me know where and how to claim adverse position when a seller is dead.

My marriage life is not the way it has to be. My husband has kept my son and myself in my parents place and has often abandoned us and stayed in his moms house. I am from a different religion so his family has always ignored me and my son. He doesn't care about my son or me. I am a kindergarten teacher, I don't make much of earning still I am the one to take care of my sons education and expenses. He pays 4000 gives me 4000 as rent. The days I am sick or my son is unwell he happily goes off to his moms house . I have been withstanding for 7 years now. I just want to end this. But I am not financially good enough to have lawyer. Can you please suggest Wat do I do??

Sir my grandfather purchased a agriculture land 40 years ago in the year 1981 and we have a sale deed, one witness in the sales deed is still alive, . my grandfather is also still alive. But none in the other parties family is alive. old original patta book of seller is with us
Please suggest ne how could I proceed with the registration. From where to proceed and how could I register the land.
