Minor shareholder's property sold by his mother

A sale deed of 1983, in which a mother signed in favour of her minor son and the land was sold without any prior permission of Court. Two other major brothers of the minor and the mother herself was other vendors of the land. Minor is now of 42 years. I was then the vendee and also present owner of the land. Now I wish to sell this residential land. But people don't agree to buy this as they think the deed is not valid and the minor can repudiate it. Is it true? I've also convinced them the minor is now major and demanded a value lower than the current market value. Please suggest me what should I do?

'salami' from new tenant

Can 'Salami' or 'Pagdi' from a new tenant be taken in Bank draft / Bankers cheque; where the landlord is not transferring the right of ownership of the flat to the new tenant. The tenant would be taking the possession of the flat on low monthly rental basis. The jurisdiction is Kolkata.

Frivolous allegations even after registering a false rape ca

Good evening everyone..

I have been facing a false rape and dowry case due to a matrimonial dispute. I am on court bail. Always abided the bail conditions.

Now the problem is that the person who has put allegations on me is sending complaint letters to politicians, Govt bodies and even in my department stating highly objectionable content and allegations. She has even sent copy of FIR and statement under 164 crpc without even masking /hiding the identity.

My questions:

1. Can she post such letters wherein FIR and 164 crpc statement be attached?

2. Can I take any action like criminal defamation as her letters are really damaging my already deplorable image?

3. Any remedies in above situation!!!!

Kindly reply , each and every word counts a lot to me.
