Sir I have completed my 10th in last year 2020 in my SSLC marksheet there is spelling mistake for my father name (கமலக்கன்னன்) instead of(ண்ண) they put (ன்ன)
Does this create any problem in my future or it doesn't affect
If no problem then what can I prefer for my upcoming certificate

Please give me suggestions does this create any problem or I need to change this

Hello. I had a few questions related to RTI second appeal:
1) While filing second appeal before Central Information Commission , should I address my appeal to Central Information Commissioner using his name or should I just address it to Central Information Commission?
2) After mentioning the facts of the case leading to the second appeal, should I request the CIC to furnish the information himself or should I ask him to direct the PIO to provide the information sought in the RTI application filed by me?

Respected sir ,
I have filed a case in RLTOP at chennai small causes court
In my initial stage i have submitted some documents ( ie 2 out of 6 documents ) all related to the same subject , on the other hand its all online documents availabe on line where the defendant is invoved
My question is
Do i have to submitt the remaining documents in rejointer or can i submit it in my examination ( is it allowed ) .
If in case of written examination can i submit the remaining documents and will defendant council accept and cross examine me , is it accepted ( Due to corona) )
The defendant has not completed his schooling and is 9th std
Kindly advice

Hello. Regarding second appeal under RTI Act, section 19(3) states that a second appeal against the decision under sub‑section (1) shall lie within ninety days from the date on which the decision should have been made or was actually received, with the Central Information Commission or the State Information Commission.
How shall I know if I should file the second appeal before the Central Information Commission or before the State Information Commission?

Is there any law in Haryana that prohibits Jaat's daughter to get equal shares in ancestral property?
or
After 2005 Amendment Jaat Daughter's from Haryana are also entitled for equal share in ancestral property equally like brothers.
If any such law exist, kindly mention the name of law or act.

First of all I want to clarify one thing that land is ancestral only which is completely unpartioned from many decades.
Almost every advocate Sir (Mr, Nath,Mr vashisht,Mr Kavksatnarayana, Mr Mehdi) suggested to file PARTITION CASE TO GET MY MOTHER'S SHARE ( DAUGHTER'S SHARE) IN OUR ANCESTRAL LAND.
I met one advocate yesterday.
He advised me to file case for declaration and injunction against my nana .(Declaration that my mother has share in ancestral property and injunction to stop my nana from entering the land
( P.S I WONDER HOW DECLARATION AND INJUNCTION CAN BE GIVEN AGAINST MY NANA IF THE LAND IS UNPARTITIONED AND NOBODY KNOWS THAT WHICH SHARE BELONGS TO WHIICH FAMILY MEMBER)

Back door appointment
As per notification No. GAII/C1/2100/09 dated 28/04/2010 a temporary post of Assistant Professor of Mathematics was notified by the University of Calicut. At the time of this notification itself a permanent vacancy of Lecturer/ Assistant Professor was available in the Department of Mathematics, due to the retirement of a Professor X.
Since the post was purely temporary many prospective applicants might have restrained from applying for the post. A school teacher was the only applicant for this post. An interview was conducted by the university and the candidate was appointed as Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics on temporary basis in lien vacancy of another professor Y. Within four months she was regularized against the existing post of X. Is this regularization illegal?
