the court has ordered me to pay money to the other party, while paying by cash how can I have proof that I paid the party xxxxx amount.
can I just write on a blank A4 size paper that on so and so date and place I paid the complete amount in cash and take the signature of the other party and show it as evidence is it valid?
In continuation to my previous query one more question I would like to ask that Can I avail sabbatical leave from my present employer to join the public service. My bond period will be ended next year i.e. after 25th of April. Can I take one year extension to join the new service. Kindly guid me.

I can not send company master .. in the year 2011 authorised capital is shown as 50 lakhs where in year 2021 it is shown as 5 crore

Am married now.before marriage without my knowledge my mother used my cheque for borrowing money. The signature in the cheque is also not mine. After marriage I recieved a notice asking 7.5 lacs.i did nt even know the lender. Then I came to know that my mother borrowed 1 lac from him and given my cheque.we replied to the notice stating that I ve not borrowed any money. But then he filed a case against me for cheque bounce. The case is in trail now. What will be the consequence..how to come out..please help
Our society is going for redevelopment. Our flat has 2 balconies which we internally converted to room. My question is whether balcony area is considered for redevelopment or not. Eg. If builder decided to give us free10% area whether he will give it based on carpet area mentioned in our property papers ( balcony area is not mentioned as carpet area) or he will not consider balcony area for the same. Our balcony area is 100 sq ft.
This property is located in narapalli in outskirts of Hyderabad,this property belonging to temple around 120 acres auctioned by Government in 1983 through G.O.Rt.No.2063,there are houses also constructed from 1983 in this land through gram panchayat permission and LRS obtained from Telangana Government and infact Gram Panchayat office is also constructed in this survey Numbner,Now MRO is not giving permission for me to construct house citing that I have to get NOC from endowments as there record is not updated and endowments department are saying they don't have that G.O.In 1983 sale deed first document clearly mentioned G.O number.
A Ltd Company is falsely reporting its authorized capital to be ten times than actual. What action can be taken against the Company - its directors ? What sections of law are applicable and where the case should be filed? What is remedy?
I have applied for coal India management trainee post on 21 Nov 2019 and exam happened on 27feb 2020.
I joined Indian railways on 19/08/2020 for which I have signed bond for serving railway for 5 years otherwise I have to return cost of training.
But interview of coal India was taken on 07/jan/2021 for which I have taken NOC and proper communication was done.
Presently I am selected in coal India which is of higher salary, but I am still in my probation period.
The HR person are saying since you are not permanent railway employee your bond will not be transferred and you have to refund cost of training. But as per chapter 14 of Indian railways codes. That if person selected at higher post and taken NOC with proper communication can leave by transferring there bond / give technical resignation and he is exempted for refunding cost of training
So, what should I do?coal India Is ready for bond transfer. But railways personal department people are not ready?
Builder threatening to terminate allotment
The builder is threatening to terminate allotment of flats purchased from them in 2019. We have made 30% payment until now. A demand was raised in april 2020 but we defaulted on it because we couldn’t arrange funds. Now the builder is threatening to terminate if we don’t pay in 15 days another 25% of the amount. We are unable to sell the ancestral land because of covid & lack of buyers. We need to understand how to arrive at a conclusion.
