I want to know , My father and brother was demised due to covid. after death my brother wife is taken charge of my brother flat , which was purchased by my father and parents through own struggle money. she has all payment statement. Right now, builder has hand over possession letter. Registry was not done.
After death, my brother company given lumpsum amount to nominee i.e. wife (widow). i want to know, mother will be legal heir or not
1. In Flat
2. In insurance amount- Which is given by private company
3. Lic amount - mother of deceased is nominee of LIC policy

I am planning to mark documentary evidences u/s 315 CrPC.
My Question:

1) Could you please tell me when I have to file petition u/s 315 CrPC along with annexures?
should it be filed before 313 CrPC stage or after 313 CrPC stage?

I am a permanent resident of Bihar and I belong to OBC category( our caste is mentioned in centre list ) . My father is a state govt employee ( Group C) and we live in govt quarters . We don't own a house in Patna but we have a plot on our grandfather's name in Patna . Am I eligible to make OBC certificate . If yes then which address should I use .

My company has suspended from duty on immediate effect. They have sent me Xerox copy of charge sheet by speed post. I have requested them to send original copy of the said charge sheet, they are deliberately not sending original copy of the charge sheet, I have sent 3 reminders by speed post but they ignore to reply. All my access to the company have been forceably blocked. Since I was working from home I have their computer along with me, hr sent a mail to return the computer, she has said that I am suspended. Should I return the computer. I have asked for the status of my employment to the head HR but they are not replying to any emails. I am not sure also that I will get salary for this month September 2021 also. They have illegally suspended nor they have given me any orignal copy of the same.
What can be done. Pls help me. I am a poor person and I am the only earning member in my family, children are studying and wife is house wife. Pls suggest me.

Constuction of 4th floor
Recently sumbody bought the 3rd floor of my building with roof now he is constructing 4 th floor...is it legal....in our building ground first and second floor owners are different...no stilt parking also... pls tell me.can he build 4th floor... thanks in advance
