If your father died intestate, then you, your mother, and your sister have equal rights over that property though your sister was gifted some property and your mother getting pension. If your father executed a will duly be attested by him with 2 witnesses and a scribe then you are the only beneficiary of the property.

Hello,

You are one of the legal heir of your father for this property. So you can legally enter into property. If you use force you may have to face problem if your mother or sister complain.
