Xxxx has purchased a land in her name as Kumari Xxxx & profession as business.
Immediately after purchase of land she file a maintenance case (125 CRPC) against ZZZZ stating that Xxxx has no income & she is legally married wife of ZZZZ.
Can purchase deed can be cancelled for submission of false information ?
Can Xxxx be punished for submission of false information before court ?

Agar kisi par ipc sec 323, 504,506 me case ho to usme kitni saza ho sakti h or kya ye bail mil sakti ya nhi...isse kese defence kiya ja sakta h?please reply i am very scared.

498A IPC is filed by my daughter in law against me. I have no relationship with my daughter in law since last 8 years.
In Chargesheet there is no allegation against me but I am accused. No witness stated anything against me.Trial is not started. My daughter in law is residing at distance place. I am a senior citizen.
Can I file a counter case in my local court ?
Will court punish her and under what section ?

Please guide how a registered society with branches all over India can be divided to different units.
Can Primary schools upto class 5 which are recognised/aided/unaided by respective state education depts and other recognised vocational schools also be transfered to different society?

I am 18 weeks pregnant and working in a private engineering college. I will complete 5 years on 23 July 2022. My Hod pressurising me to resign before my 5 years because they have to pay gratuity after completing 5years. They won’t to pay. He said that he will terminate me just because I am pregnant and can’t able to do 3 hours standing examination duty. I tried everything but he is pressuring me. What should I do? Can he terminate me in pregnancy? I want to complete my 5 years. What rights I have?

Cheating & breach of trust
I was live-in relationship with a lady. During our relationship I have entrusted 200 gram gold in good faith.
Now she leave me & married again & hide herself. Her mother give written statement that the lady has taken 200 gram gold ornaments from me. She refused to return my gold. I am filing 156(3) CRPC for lodge FIR u/s 420 IPC & 406 IPC.
Will police arrest the lady ?
Could I get my gold back ?
