Hi Sir,
My father has an issue with another guy in money transactions. He filed a case against my father with pro note and checks. Here is court order.
Business : Judgment pronounced in open Court (vide separate one). In the result, the suit is decreed with costs for Rs.6,86,933/- with subsequent interest on the principal amount of Rs.4,00,000/- at 12 percent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till the date of decree and thereafter at 6 percent per annum till realization.
Nature of Disposal : DECREED WITH COSTS

Almost six years passed and police not investigating the matter properly and fully supporting the accused. Can I write to CBI on the matter.

Dear Sirs
A temple which is regulated by The Hindu religious and charitable endowments 1997 would like to avail loan for construction of educational institutions from the bank.
Under the circumstances should the trust obtain any permission from the endowment commissioners for such approval or can the trust move forward with the board resolutions etc without seeking any permission. It is learnt that the endowment commissioner will prosecute if the trust continue to construct without permission.
Please guide with the relevant sections if any to go further in this matter.

Hello,
I am 21 year old guy who is living in Kanpur, UP. I have done my graduation and I�m trying to find a job. I live with my parents but my father has been constantly abusing me and mentally torturing because I don�t want to work in his business. He has kept hold of my bank account documents and my personal belongings such as aadhaar card & my pan card. When I ask him for my stuff, he abuses me tell me that I don�t have any right to ask him and as I�m unemployed I don�t even have the right to live in his house. I�m really frustrated with this lifestyle. Please suggest some ways I can mend things.

Incident Happen on 16 December 2016 7 PM
My wife was coming back from Office in Noida and on a very busy street near metro hospital someone came in front of her car with bike and suddenly she had to apply brake from behind one rikshaw puller was coming and on that 4 people were sitting, since rikshaw didn't had power brake in process of saving himself from hitting into my car his Rikshaw overturned and hit my wife's car. One person sitting on the Rikshaw jumped and in the process of saving himself his right foot little finger got bruised, out of curiosity my wife got down from her car to check everyone was ok since she applied brakes suddenly. The person said just to check can she drop me to hospital and she agreed thinking she is helping someone.
Post reaching the hospital they started shouting on her telling hospital authorities that she has hit them since she was 6 months pregnant at that time and got afraid she called me.
I came to the location and said to the family I will pay their expenses as they have created a scene there. I paid the amount of 5000 of the hospital charges ( including x-ray, Doc fees and Kacha plaster as his ankle twisted) everything got finished there and came back home.
To my surprise i got a call from Police station on September 20, 2017 stating that a FIR has been logged against my wife on September 18, 2017 from Court and i need to report with my wife at police station. They told me the person to whom my wife helped has filed a FIR against her stating she has not given the expenditure of fractured leg and a whole false story was mentioned in FIR for which i have attached a copy too. luckily i had copy of all the expenses i paid on that day, Doctors Report and X- Ray report in which it is clearly mentioned no Fractured Leg.
Now Police says they are asking compensation and my point is why should i pay for a false FIR and to a person who is a imposter. I have also submitted a copy of all the expenses i paid on that day, Xray report and Doctor report for that day to the police people.
Please advise.

Myself pratap. I'm a married person since 5years and having kid . 2 years ago I was in contact with a girl in social networking site. She started talking with me and flirting. I also did so. When she proposed me for marriage I told her m married and have child but not staying with me . Still she continued. I also chat with her and some time calls also . I stopped talking several times,but she always followed me. We met 1 time and that meeting was very casual. Recently she got to know that I am happy with my family . Now she is threatening me to file a false case that I had physical relationship with her and I cheated her . If she falsely file the complaint that I had physical relationship with her then what to do . Kindly suggest.

My father's elder brother has 2 wives without any child , they expired without making a Will but their second widowed wife made a Will and gifted all the property to her sister's Child including the house in which we are leaving from 1957.Please guide me what should I do!

Property issues
Hello. This is regarding the property of my father in law who died about 15 years back and subsequently my mother in law also expired 1.5 years later leaving no will behind. There are 4 legal heirs to the property.2 daughters and 2 sons. the property tax is being paid regularly in the name of my father in law as there is no clear owner at present. 3 persons have mutual consent for transfer but one daughter is creating the problems.what I actually want to know is whether we can go for the mutation by mcd rules mentioned on ur site . Since we have been paying the property tax in the name of my father in law, is it acceptable? Please help
