I have let out a shop to a partnership concern. Now I have come to know that a few partners have retired and a new partner has been added in the partnership concern that too without my knoiwledge and permission. Can I get my shop vacated on this ground. Does change in partnership amount to subletting/parting possession ?

I am a respondent and win an arbitration interim award in commercial dispute, but here my doubt petitioner as claimants till date taking liberty as not deposit money as per interim arbitration order and contempt of procedural order from Jan-2019 to April-2019 (till date), fail to file under sec 34 to challenge of interim order passed and taken 90 days shelter for delay in proceedings, fail to file original documents for inspection, not able to file affidavit f evidence, there are multiple advocates replaced and trying to divert of preceding, The dramatic situation and request created for settlement process, which was not comes out any concrete solution, now trying to delayed in cross examine, the reason for not available or able to booked venue, the claimants and his advocate intentionally delayed the arbitration proceeding by taking shelters of various adjournments and diverting our minds set, Ultimately claimants were failed to participate in preceding every time. Now I doubt as if my lawyer is also a part of this along with arbitrator or alone any one of them, can I ask directly to sole arbitrator for this or I have only power to through my lawyer only, if arbitrator is giving liberty to claimant what is the solution for respondent

In the column "have you ever been debarred from any examination or rusticated by any university ?" in the attestation form, I have not declared that I was debarred from one semester regular examination in college due to shortage of attendance, however I cleared the supplementary examination a month after being debarred from regular exam. Can there be a problem on account of suppression of factual information? Please suggest.

Sir/Mam, I have a undevided property & want to install the electricity new connection in that place, but my partner's are giving the objection for that. They also applied & installed the connection in that place, that time they have taken any confirmation from me, also I hadn't given any objection. So, now can I get the permission from court or any other way to solve it, Kindly guide me for the same.

i am living in Hyderabad,Telangana state.i changed my religion from muslim to hindu to marry a hindu girl.I am living rented house.I changed my religion in arya samaj.Hence my name also changed.I want to change my name officially in government gazette so i went to(government) commissioner of printing press telangana state,chanchalguda,hyderabad.Then they informed that i need to get clearance certificate from police department and revenue department.So,i applied for police clearance certificate for change of name then they asked that i need to submit my rental agreement (due to i am living in a rented house) along with other documents like address proof,ID proof,arya samaj certificate etc..But my house owner is living in andhra pradesh state.I don't know his correct address and his full name too.I only know his contact phone number.I pay my monthly house rent by bank payment method.Even if i ask him(my rented house owner) to sign on rental agreement then he would immediately ask me to vacate the house.Because he is an angry man.He gets angry on small small issues.He did not solve a water problem by fitting a pipeline when i ask him to solve the water problem then he asked me to vacate the house.At present i don't have money to search and find a new convenient rented house in my budget.So,please help me regarding this police clearance certificate in name changing process issue.how to solve this rental agreement problem.how can i get government gazette easily and rapidly?awaiting for your reply.

There was some judgement in 2012 from Gujarat high court giving green signal to farmers from another state to buy agricultural land in Gujarat but when I try to purchase I got information that it is not allowed.
Can anyone please supoort to that as on date is a farmer from another state eligible to buy agricultural land in gujarat. In case if it is allowed by some conditions then pleas especify.

I am Indian and have got Green Card of USA (Permanent Residency) recently. During this FY I will be in India for 170 days and rest of the time i.e. 185 days in USA. In USA, I shall be working as a substitute teacher there (purely temporary and without any contract on $80 per day worked in different schools). My wife is also Indian and holder of USA Green Card and shall not be working in USA.. We will have to file tax return in USA and we do not have any Bank account so far in USA.
Please advise what will be status of me and my wife for the purpose of filing Income Tax return in India?

Section 497 of ipc for adultery
Hi,
Recently S.C. had removed section 497 from the act saying that to have sex with a choice of person by a married women is constitutional right hence adultery is now legal. By this verdict i think S.C. is going against the Hindu Marriage Act as in the act it is clearly prohibited that having a husband a women can't sex with another person and this is also an oath out of seven oaths taken during marriage rituals. Whether Hindu Marriage rituals are vague?? or can still any case be filled for adultery challenging SC verdict?? This verdict can not be said in the interest of social living by this our whole society will be full of sin. we will see all the ladies indulge in adultery. How can we stop this??
